How long does it take before my order ships?
We ship nation-wide from California. The closer you are to our California location, the faster the delivery. Orders typically arrive 3-10 business days after placing your order (this includes the 1-3 business days that we ask for our team to fulfill your order before it ships out). Please note that during the holiday season, our processing time may be delayed due to the higher volume. Products are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST/PDT, excluding any Corporate-observed holidays. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be notified in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment or an alternate resolution issued.
Please note that shipping for our Prize Club Subscription Boxes differ from our general shipping policy. These boxes will ship in 2 batches every month based on your payment dates.
