I received the wrong item in my delivery. What do I do?

If you have received the wrong item, please e-mail us your order ID number, product names (and sizes) received, and a brief reason for filing a claim. 

Be sure to attach the following requested photos:

  • A photo of the outer packaging

  • A clear photo of the unused product and a legible photo of the warning label located on the bottom of the vessel

  • A legible photo of the packing slip that was received

All information can be submitted to hello@jewelscent.com for review. We accept attachment files in .jpg, .png, or .pdf formatting only; 3rd party image hosting links will not be accepted.  Once we've received this information, a Customer Experience Representative will be in touch with you with further instructions and/or details!
