I received the wrong sized ring inside my product! How do I get a replacement?

If you had received the wrong sized ring in your correctly labeled product, we can definitely offer a replacement ring to amend for this manufacturing oversight!  We simply ask that the purchaser and/or recipient submits the following requested information to hello@gemstra.com (or hello@jewelscent.com) for further review:

-The order ID number and product scent/size in reference
-A photo of the ring received, showing the size tag
-A photo of the product vessel with the size label (located on the bottom of the vessel/outer box)

Once we've received the necessary details, we'll be more than happy to escalate this to our Claims Department for further review/processing!
