I’m not happy with a scent. Can I exchange for another?

Used products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.  Any products that return to us in a used condition may be denied a refund or resolution of any kind.

If you have not yet used the product and it remains sealed, unused, and in a re-sellable condition, you're more than welcome to ship the product(s) back to us within 30 days from the purchase date in exchange for a refund less shipping back to the original form of payment and a new order can be submitted any time!  Products can be returned to the following mailing address:
