My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! If your product had arrived damaged, please refrain from using it and reach out to us immediately!  Please send the following information over to our Customer Experience Team:

·       A photo of the damaged product
·       A legible copy of your packing slip
·       A photo of the packaging in which the candle had arrived in

Please send these attached files (.jpg and/or .png only) to and a Customer Experience Representative will be assisting you shortly with further instructions.
