BEFORE YOU EVER QUIT… THINK ABOUT WHY YOU STARTED…
Your WHY and understanding your WHY is the most important thing for you to know. Especially in the world of Direct Sales (an independent Consultant).
Your WHY is the number one tool that you have to use. It’s from your WHY that drives you to share your business and the opportunity.
Your WHY can and will become the fuel that keeps you moving forward in your daily business and life.
When you know your WHY, and you understand it, that is when you can then turn it into a powerful belief statement as you share it with others.
Take some time……. sit down and really think about the questions provided on knowing your WHY. In doing so, you’ll discover the WHY that can propel you into not only action but your personal success.

This would be my: BELIEF STATEMENT
I believe every person should be able to live and create a life by design - a life with choices and the freedom to spend more time with their family. I am showing people how to do this through my personal business/boutique.
NOW THAT YOU KNOW YOUR WHY, WRITE YOUR OWN BELIEF STATEMENT:
Let me ask you a question…..
If you would have stuck to your goal and vision from when you joined JewelScent/Gemstra, where would you be today?
Success is no accident….
It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, LOVE of what you are doing.
If you're tired of starting over, then STOP QUITTING!
I want to challenge you to start looking at your problems differently…. look at them as an opportunity for you to grow and “STRETCH”.
By doing this - It will allow you to focus and then provide you valuable ideas and solutions in order to achieve a positive outcome. That’s the outcome that you are working towards.
So instead of saying I’m not sure who I can share my “WHY” - my “I” story with….
Think about sharing what you do, with everyone.
If someone asks, “So what do you do?”
It’s the opening for you to talk about your business/boutique!
I have a wonderful business! I’m a Consultant or I’m a Team Leader with a great company called JewelScent/Gemstra, have you ever heard of us?!
I became a Consultant because……. And I have continued to work and build a team because……..
When you share from your heart WHY and how it has worked for you, this inspires others to want to be a part of what you’re doing/selling.
NEVER prejudge anyone - You don’t know their WANTS, NEEDS or DESIRES.
Make a commitment to yourself and your business.
BE Present every day. Be available.
Set your GOAL for the year, break it into 4 quarters. From there break it down to months and then into 4 weeks. This will allow you to stay on target as you strive to achieve week after week, month after month, then quarter after quarter in order to receive your end GOAL - ACHIEVEMENT!
So I’ll leave you with this…..
One of the quickest ways back to JOY: Let go of how you think things should be and begin to accept them as they are.
"I set a goal last year, when I couldn't make it to Gem 2017, I was devastated, BUT!! I put $15 a week away for a year in a box, $15 X 52 = $780.00 well I have more than enough to cover my flights, hotel, ticket and it covers a couple bills at home before I leave.
