You are an Independent Consultant who is a Business Owner. So, it’s important to keep your thumb on the pulse of your personal business, your teams business and the industry. You do this by staying ENGAGED  and be aware of what’s happening in your business.

There are many ways you can keep yourself up-to-date with all the information and training that is provided for you in our resource center.

  • Do you read our weekly Communique?

  • Are you attending (or listening) to our monthly Wednesday Night Training calls?

  • Are you participating on your Team and Corporate FB pages?

  • Have you reviewed the slides/Powerpoint presentation from our GEM Conference?

  • Are you up-to-date with ALL of the Partner Bands?

WHAT IS A POWER HOUR? 

We want to introduce you to the concept of a Power Hour.

If you haven’t used this concept in your business before, it will really change the way you accomplish tasks as you see results first hand!

We call it POWER HOUR because it is about having a set time to grow your business daily.

If you work a full-time or traditional job, or have limited hours to dedicate to your JewelScent business, it can be difficult to find the time to work your business. BUT if you use the Power Hour strategy, you’ll be able to grow a successful business without any hesitations.

POWER HOUR = Setting a dedicated block of time to work your JewelScent business.

What if I don’t have an extra solid-hour in my day?

  • break up your day with working 15 to 30 minute segments.

Do you - HAVE CALENDAR CONTROL?

Now that you have learned the Power Hour concept you need to schedule in your calendar to commit to dedicating time to your business.

You are all busy – so if you’re juggling multiple jobs or roles, you need to control your calendar and commit to each category with a segment of time. By creating calendar control you are able to commit to achieving your goals. Once you have some of your goals down, the next step is creating a schedule that allows you to spend time to grow your business.

This calendar system allows you to create balance with your personal life and your JewelScent life. This business was created for you to have the flexibility to work when you want to work and set your own pace and goals.

The following colors represent how to create that balance in your life.

GREEN = JEWELSCENT / gemstra revenue generating activity

PINK = personal time/family time

BLUE = training or personal growth time

ORANGE = power hour time

Thoughtfully align your goals, both personally and professionally.  You have control of your calendar.  Scheduling includes your VPs, in-home parties, events, and 1:1 appointments, plus Host Coaching, Team Coaching, Sponsoring, and all things JEWELSCENT / gemstra.  

Each of these things will give you a solid view of the business opportunities as well as early insight into any enhancements/changes that may be coming in order to make adjustments while staying ahead and on top of your business. 

Infuse your life with ACTION! Don’t sit and wait for things to happen. MAKE things HAPPEN!  

Be in control of your own destination. If something is important enough, you’ll do it even if the odds are not in your favor.  The will to achieve, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential….these are the keys that will unlock your DREAMS!

Shipping charge in US = $9.95 (equivalent of 6LBS)

$35.00+$9.95 = $44.95

Shipping charge to CA = $11.95 (equivalent of 6LBS)

$35.00+$11.95 = $46.95

Shipping charge to AU = $16.95 (equivalent of 6LBS)

$35.00+$16.95 = $51.95

Your monthly subscription will include:

1 - 16 oz Candle (equivalent to our Luxe candle), and 2 essential bath bombs.  Total retail value is over $60.00

All subscription candles will receive a $40 ring value (not themed).

You will receive a map in your 1st months subscription box. Also included with your subscription is a postcard from that destination along with a stamp.

You and your customers are eligible to order as many as you would like and each order can choose a specific ring size.

NEW - Your card will now be charged monthly on the day you sign up.  Subscriptions are limited and will close once the limit has been reached.

If you order between the 1st and 10th of the month, you will receive that CURRENT months subscription. Subscribers from the 1st to 10th will have their orders shipped by the 20th business day of the current month.

EXAMPLE: If an order is placed for a subscription on the 7th of the month, that purchase will reflect in that days activity feed, and then a recurring charge will post on the 7th of every month thereafter.

If you order between the 11th - last day of the month, you will get NEXT month's subscription. Subscribers from the 11th to end of month will have their orders shipped by the 5th business day of the following month. All orders placed on the 11th or after will receive THE NEXT MONTH’S Subscription.

EXAMPLE: If order is placed on the 11th, your monthly charge will reflect in that days activity feed, and all recurring charges will post on the 11th of every month thereafter.

You can end or suspend your subscription at any time with the click of a button in your back office.

If for any reason your credit/debit card linked to your subscription does not go through, it will not make a second attempt. Your subscription will be skipped and canceled,with priority given to the next subscription. If for any reason this happens, you may re-enroll.
 

March is our first month and the destination is Hawaii!
 

We will be doing 1 sweepstakes winner for each month with a final year-end spin. The year-end spin will feature all the grand prizes from each visited destination throughout 2018.

If you are the lucky winner you can either take the prize or a cash value that is equivalent to the prize value (Visa gift card). If you are a consultant you can elect to have the cash value in DGT points.
